Support Contract
The Stockade Support Contract includes access to
the Datasym Helpdesk (023 9272 8038) and updates to all new releases
of the Stockade software. For a small additional fee, the Stockade
Remote Support facility can be enabled.
Please note that the support contract does not cover data entry, nor
does it make any provision for site visits. These services can be
arranged separately as required.

Remote Support
The Stockade Remote Support facility allows Datasym
Helpdesk staff to access your Stockade system directly from their
offices in Portsmouth. By this means, any software problems can be
given prompt attention and can usually be solved without the need
for an expensive site visit.
To enable remote support, you will need a current Stockade Support
Contract, a direct dial telephone line, a suitable modem or a broadband
connection to the internet and a copy of PC Anywhere communications
software. The modem and PC Anywhere may be purchased through Datasym
if required. Other remote control software may be used. Please contact
