Details
THE DATASYM MENUMARK SUPPORT CONTRACT
The Datasym Menumark Support Contract includes access to the
Datasym Helpline (023 9272 8038), updates to all new releases
of the Menumark software and one site visit per annum.
Please note that the Support Contract does not cover data entry.
This service can be arranged separately as required.
MENUMARK REMOTE SUPPORT
The Datasym Remote Support facility allows Datasym Helpline
staff to access your Menumark system directly from their offices
in Portsmouth. By this means, any software problems can be given
prompt attention and can usually be solved without the need
for an expensive site visit.
To enable Remote Support, you will need a current Menumark Support
Contract, the Datasym Remote Support package and a direct dial
