Nutrition and Dietetics

For those clients requiring nutritional data, Menumark commodities and recipes can be exported via the Menumark Nutritional Module to the well-known Dietplan 5 package from Forestfield Software. By this means, Dietplan 5 can access any product from the catering database and can offer a full range of nutritional analysis on any combination of such products.

Within its own facilities, Menumark is able to offer immediate dietary checking on meals supplied to patients. As part of the Patient Menu Analysis system, recipes can be categorised as suitable/not suitable for particular diets and Menumark will check these conditions as patients' meal orders are entered.
