The Menumark system uses Microsoft’s SQL Server database platform to deliver a flexible, multi user and robust solution suitable for hospitals, trusts and organisations of any size.

The Menumark software accesses an individualised database of commodity details and recipes to allow you to carry out a wide range of costing and control functions. Transaction files hold details of activities on a day-to-day basis. Your organisation’s own recipes and menus are used to produce costings, recipes and ingredient lists for any combination of dishes from the database. A multi-locational stock control system yields details of transfers, consumption, expenditure and stockholding for every commodity and recipe item used.

 
  A wide range of standard and individual reports based upon a series of audit trails gives you a full analysis of catering performance over any time period. A comprehensive range of maintenance routines helps you to modify database details in a simple and straightforward manner
