Transaction files hold details of activities on a day-to-day basis. Your organisation’s own recipes and menus are used to produce costings, recipes and ingredient lists for any combination of dishes from the database. A multi-locational stock control system yields details of transfers, consumption, expenditure and stockholding for every commodity and recipe item used. |
