Every recorded movement of goods is automatically costed by your
Menumark system. Cost price is used as a default, the basis of calculation
(FIFO, Average Cost, Replacement Cost) being decided by an option
in Menumark Preferences.
Menumark also provides for stock transfers to be valued at set
prices or to be subject to percentage oncost for particular Locations.
Up to four different price levels can be set for any item.
