Datasym.POS Back Office Support Contract
The Datasym.POS Back Office Support
Contract includes access to the Datasym Helpdesk (023 9272 8038) and
updates to all new releases of the Datasym.POS Back Office software.
For a small additional fee, the Datasym.POS Back Office Remote Support
facility can be enabled.
Please note that the support contract
does not cover data entry, nor does it make any provision for site
visits. These services can be arranged separately as required.

Back Office Remote Support
The Datasym.POS Back Office Remote
Support facility allows Datasym Helpdesk staff to access your Datasym.POS
Back Office system directly from their offices in Portsmouth. By this
means, any software problems can be given prompt attention and can
usually be solved without the need for an expensive site visit.
To enable remote support, you will
need a current Datasym.POS Back Office Support Contract, a direct
dial telephone line, a suitable modem or a broadband connection to
the internet and a copy of PC Anywhere communications software. The
modem and PC Anywhere may be purchased through Datasym if required.
