1st Line Support Engineer x 2 - Urgently Required

37.5 Hours per week - Mon to Fri
£15-17k per annum

Datasym are looking for 2 x 1st Line Support Engineers to provide technical telephone support to clients and customers.

The positions will be responsible for:

• Effectively logging support & training queries from clients, resellers and 3rd parties
• Providing assistance and where possible, a resolution to any issue logged
• Escalating high priority & critical issues to the escalations team
• Ensuring regular contact and updates are provided on any outstanding issues
• Working to service level agreements

Candidate must have:

• Basic understanding of IT
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Desire to learn and ability to pick things up quickly
• Professional telephone manner
• Can do attitude
• Driving licence (desirable)
